Snag lists – What are they all about ?

To help new home buyers with all their snag list questions and snagging queries we have included a full snag list report – example snag list on our website which gives our clients a sample of the types of issues that are included on a snag list (although these are just the tip of the proverbial iceberg when it comes to the range of snag issues our professional snag inspectors find at properties!). It gives the format and layout to demonstrate how easy we make it for the builder and trades people to follow ensuring clarity to enable a quick and proper resolution to the snag defects. To view the full sample snag list report click here.

Self build magazine approached our lead snag inspector Michael Fleming this year to write an article to outline what snag lists include and what the purpose of this type of reporting achieves. The full article can be read in the pop up window on this page. If the article doesn’t appear just click on the Self build.ie logo and this will direct your browser to the page containing the article.
